Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Toledo OH location. This role owns branch operations team performance customer relationships and profitability.
Youll have direct impact on sales growth and team success while benefiting from our industry-leading profit-sharing program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead branch operations:sales customer service warehouse inventory and daily execution
- Drive growth:build contractor relationships maximize sales opportunities support quoting and follow-ups
- Develop your team:hire coach and lead a high-performing accountable team
- Manage inventory & execution:ensure accuracy availability and efficient order fulfillment
- Oversee facility & operations:maintain a clean safe and professional environment
- Own financial performance:manage P&L expenses and key metrics
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in branch distribution or operations environment
- HVAC plumbing or building materials experience preferred
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive results
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on solutions-oriented mindset
