WHAT ARE THE HOURS

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule and youll dispatch directly from your home to scheduled customer appointments each day.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL

As our HVAC Comfort Advisor - Outside Sales Rep youll meet homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations listen carefully to their comfort concerns and evaluate their HVAC needs. Youll recommend customized system replacements upgrades and energy-efficient solutions that align with each customers goals and budget. Youll also prepare and present professional pricing proposals and financing options follow up with prospective clients address questions with confidence and help families make informed decisions.

IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• 2 years of outside sales or in-home sales experience preferably in residential home improvement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with homeowners
• Reliable transportation

HVAC technical knowledge is a plus but comprehensive product and sales training is provided. Bilingual English/Spanish skills and experience using CRM systems and iPad-based presentation software are strongly preferred.
