About you

Youre a dependable self-starter with experience in building and property this role you will monitor HVAC operations from the control room using and interpreting technical equipment such as stack emissions analyzers and air analyzers.

You quickly identify issues and recommend corrective actions to ensure quality efficiency and safety. With a strong work ethic and customer-focused approach you perform both control room and mechanical space inspections while serving as the sites primary resource for operational maintenance and repair troubleshooting.

In this role you will

  • Perform maintenance repair and operation of HVAC systems.

  • Support chillers boilers air handling units and building systems.

  • Responding to service calls and troubleshoot issues.

  • Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records.

  • Assist with control room and Engineering Watch coverage as needed.

  • Monitor system performance and adjust controls for efficiency.

  • Follow all safety procedures and standards.

What youll bring

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a building trade or related field.

  • Experience with Building Automation System and large central system.

  • Knowledge of BMS/building automation systems.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • HVAC certification or training (preferred).

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a physical environment.

Approximate Hourly Rate for this Role: $26.81/hour to $48.08/hour

Our compensation ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
