Job Summary

HVAC ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN (Permanent)
Our client a global manufacturing organization with its US headquarters in WNY is looking to hire a HVAC Assembly Technician to join their growing team.


Responsibilities:

  • Read & interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to assemble units within each product specification
  • Test and troubleshoot assembled products to ensure each meets customer specs and achieves engineering satisfaction
  • Properly document and report any issues malfunctions or defects
  • Work efficiently to meet/exceed expected production rates
  • Maintain compliance at all times to ensure a clean & safe work environment
  • Work well both independently and in a team environment
  • Other duties as assigned/as necessary


Details:

  • Position is full-time direct hire
  • 100% on site 6:00am-2:30pm
  • $24.00-$28.00/hour depending on experience

  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in AT LEAST ONE of the following: welding pipefitting and/or electrical/conduit work
  • Strong mechanical skillsexperience with basic hand tools/light power tools
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to read blueprints and engineering schematics/work orders
  • Must be able to communicate in Englishverbal and nonverbal (read/write)
  • Strong organization skills and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
