Responsibilities:

ThePrincipalHUMINT Targeting Specialistdevelopsmulti-intelligence products supporting HUMINT collection operationsat the expert level.Responsibilities are but are not limited to:

  • Provides analysis of all-source data in a multi-intelligence area to produce executive-level defense reports relevant on a national or global level.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in the intelligence analysis field supportingagovernmentcustomer.
  • Responsible for final review of intelligence reports and prompt delivery to the customer at all levels.
  • Often leads in the research of all-source data andassistsother intelligence analysts in the operation and use of intelligence tools.
  • Provide analysis and research for industry infrastructure technology country geographic area biographic and targeted vulnerability.
  • Prepare network development and target packages and assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collectionresearchand analysis of classified/unclassified andopen-sourceinformation.
  • Develop andmaintainanalytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations.
  • Providetimelyandaccuratesupport to HUMINT targeting support to meet service-level needs and collection requirements.
  • Conduct multi-source intelligence research and create cables HQ or field responses networkdiagramsand asset validation products.
  • Utilize experience with SIGINT tools network development tools andresearch to developtargeting plans and products supporting defined collection priorities.
  • Identifymeasures ofeffectiveness.
  • Provide detailed input to asset validation panels todeterminecurrent and future viability of sources.
  • Coordinate with otheroperationssupport staff intra- and inter-community to align analytic requirements with available targeting capabilities.
  • Maintain awareness of collection operations policy developments and information priorities relevant to functional area.
  • Deconflictmulti-discipline collection problems and seek opportunities toleverageand integrateHUMINT capabilities to support multi-discipline collection efforts.
  • Represent HUMINT in agencydefenseand national forums.
  • Produce and Brief products at meetings workshops or other community venues for the purposes of intelligence sharing and best practices.
  • Edit products if requested according to agency policy.
  • Travelwithin the National Capital Region (NCR) on an as needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Current TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph.
  • BachelorsDegreewith aMinimum of12years of applicable work experienceto includetargeting all-sourceanalysisandHUMINT experience.
  • Experience in tagging data and building networks.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Experiencewith intelligence databases software and analytical tools.
  • Ability towork collaboratively with users and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Capacity to adapt to changing situationstoprioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication(both written and verbalin English) analyticaland problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely express multifaceted concepts.
  • Ability to develop ideas in a logicalsequenceleadingto validated conclusions.
  • Working knowledge and experience with the basic personal computer Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate willpossessan active TS/SCI with polygraph.
  • Bachelors degree in Intelligence Criminal Justice Political Science LawEnforcementor other related topics is highly desired.
  • Masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Relevant Training and Certifications.
  • Experience working in the customer environment is preferred.

This Positionrequiresan Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain aPolyUS Citizenshipis requiredtohold this clearance.

Target Salary Range

$146000 - $234000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
