Job Summary
Description Of Job Duties
1. Complete projects as assigned by the Assistant Director of HR and the HR Coordinator 2. Front desk reception. Answer and direct telephone calls. Greet and direct visitors in a pleasant and timely manner. Assist in accurate completion of employment forms. Route incoming mail. 3. Must maintain confidentiality. 4. Create and maintain new employee files and term files. 5. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum: Must be enrolled as a North Central College student in good academic standing. Able to maintain confidentiality. Cheerful and confident telephone manner. Strong communication skills to interact with staff faculty students and others. Excellent organizational skills. This role requires a large deal of filing physical documents. If you are detail-oriented and are not bored or overwhelmed by this task this position is a great fit for you. Microsoft Word and Excel experience. Experience working in an office setting and interest in Human Resources are a plus.
