**Human Resources Specialist**

Provide comprehensive human resources support across the organization including employee relations benefits administration compliance and general HR operations for corporate and property work groups.

• Interpret and communicate HR policies procedures and employment laws to management and team members
• Manage employee relations by responding to inquiries addressing concerns and maintaining positive relationships
• Assist in benefits programs including enrollment eligibility verification and provider coordination
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure positive employee experiences
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment documentation and labor regulations
• Prepare employment and compliance reports; support performance management and training initiatives
• Coordinate employee engagement activities recognition programs and benefits events
• Troubleshoot HR-related technology and system issues; escalate unresolved matters appropriately
• Perform administrative duties including scheduling meeting coordination and document preparation

Qualifications :

**Human Resources Specialist - Recruiting Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years of human resources experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HR concepts policies procedures and employment law compliance.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work varied hours including some evenings and weekends.
•  Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as 
  required by local gaming regulations.
