Human Resources Specialist Position Overview

Davidsons is a 90-years-young innovative leader in firearms distribution recognized for our excellence in customer service product offerings and financial stability. Davidsons is currently seeking a full-time in-house Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team. This role will be located onsite at our Greensboro North Carolina office.

Human Resources Specialist Responsibilities include

Leading full-cycle recruitment for warehouse and office roles including posting sourcing screening interviewing

Onboarding new employees including conducting new hire orientations employee benefit plan enrollment sessions and initial compliance training

Serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies benefits and payroll

Maintaining and updating the HRIS employee database and LMS

Responding and guiding employees and managers through questions about policies and procedures

Human Resources Specialist Pay & Benefits

Human Resources Specialist Candidate Would Possess

2-3 years of progressive HR experience

HR certification is a plus

Excellent oral and written communication skills

An upbeat and positive interpersonal demeanor

A demonstrated ability to plan and organize multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment

The ability to communicate in a professional and articulate manner with all levels within the organization

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Excel Outlook and Word

Ability to keep information confidential when needed.

Ability to work overtime as needed
