Providing human resources generalist support the Human Resources Representative will be responsible for effectively meeting the HR functional needs of both field and corporate leadership while helping to provide a positive work environment for employees at one or more regional facilities.

Act as a resource to employees assisting them through situations or concerns as needed
Manage workers compensation and control claims to ensure timely return to work cost control and OSHA record keeping compliance
Lead all recruitment efforts for assigned locations
Conduct applicant sourcing screening interview and coordinate pre-employment screening and background checks
Attend career fairs as needed
Conduct new hire orientation
Communicate benefits plans to all employees and answer questions relating to benefit coverage as necessary
Partner with managers to ensure new hire training and monthly safety training is completed timely
Maintain employment and DOT records
Work with the HR Director to investigate and resolve employee relations concerns
Assist in resolving payroll issues for employees
Communicate company policy to all levels of employees
All other duties as assigned
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with all levels of employees
Ability to work with confidential information appropriately
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail necessary
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Teams Outlook)
Ability to converse read & write in English
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Education and/or Experience
BA or BS degree required
Minimum of 1-2 years HR Administration experience
PHR Certification preferred
