Human Resources Representative

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Human Resources Representative to join our Human Resources Department in Bolivar Missourisomeone who leads with skill compassion and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

• Hours: 8:30 am-5 pm

What Your Day Looks Like:The Human Resources Department serves as a resource for the organization as we seek to find the best talent for our organization. This includes sourcing candidates through online platforms career expos and community events.

As a Human Resources Representative you will be:

• Managing high-volume employee and new hire transactions reports and administrative processes.
• Coordinating identification badge creation access requests referral bonus processing and onboarding support activities.
• Supporting employees supervisors applicants and visitors through responsive customer service and problem resolution.
• Tracking referral bonus reports and compliance-related documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintaining organized employee records filing systems and confidential HR documentation while balancing multiple competing priorities.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelors preferred

Experience: At least 2 yearsof customer service experience in a receptionist role or HR experience preferred

Skills:Exceptional communication skills problem-solving andadaptability. This is a fun fast-paced and high-volume position!

Physical Requirements:Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
