Job Summary
The Human Resources Program Director provides strategic leadership and oversight of HR programs policies and initiatives that support organizational goals and workforce effectiveness. Responsible for designing implementing and evaluating human resources programs relevant to the entity/ies. Partners with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives ensuring a high-performing engaged and compliant workforce.

Essential Functions:
- Lead HR initiatives that drive culture engagement and performance
- Design implement and evaluate HR programs
- Establish metrics and KPIs to assess program effectiveness
- Ensure continuous improvement of HR systems and processes
- Promote employee engagement and retention strategies
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues
- Ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting
- Supervise and mentor HR staff
- Build a high-performing HR team through coaching and professional development
- Foster collaboration across departments
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in related field.
- 10 years of related experience; healthcare experience is preferred. Healthcare systems or large complex organizations are viewed favorably.
- HR Program management experience is desired.
- Strong attention to detail and self-directed.
- Ability to navigate rapidly changing situations by remaining flexible continuously learning embracing challenges and quickly recovering from setbacks.
- Applies advanced technical knowledge of discipline/specialization to solve complex matters within program and in support of other functional areas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advances proficiency and experience use Microsoft Office Package
- Demonstrated skills in interacting with members from all organizational levels
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information and situations.
- Ability to influence and negotiate individual and group decision making.
- Ability to maintain composure in high stress situations; handling multiple demands and demonstrating flexibility in adapting to changing conditions.
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships with diverse stakeholders
- Requires experience with budget management.

Salary Range: $118000 to $140000 per year Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
