• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage workers compensation claims from initial reporting through resolution.
• Communicate with injured employees supervisors insurance representatives and medical providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee records attendance information and HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Handle complaints concerns and support.
• Respond to employee questions regarding payroll benefits policies and HR procedures.
• Update HR forms policies reports and internal records.
• Provide administrative support for other HR-related activities.
• Protect the confidentiality of employee and company information.

• Previous HR or related administrative experience is required.
• Experience with payroll and workers compensation is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of employment policies payroll procedures and workplace compliance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
