Work Schedule

Fulltime onsite role based in West Springfield MA. Monday Friday 7 AM 4 PM with occasional travel (up to 10%) to corporate facility.

What Youll Do

• Talent Acquisition: Lead fullcycle recruiting staffing and onboarding for the location
• Employee Relations: Manage performance policy administration coaching and workplace investigations
• Leave & Claim Management: Oversee PFML workers compensation unemployment claims and related compliance
• Retention & Culture: Conduct exit interviews and support initiatives that strengthen engagement
• Leadership Support: Provide coaching guidance and HR partnership to managers and employees
• Compliance & Policy: Ensure consistent application of policies and employment laws
• HRIS & Payroll Operations: Manage HRIS/timekeeping accuracy approve timecards support payroll and complete monthly HR reporting

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in HR or related field
• 57 years of progressive HR generalist experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong communication interpersonal and decisionmaking skills
• Knowledge of employment law HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail confidentiality and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bi-lingual in Spanish; candidates that can speak read and write fluently in Spanish will be given preference
