Job Summary

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Strategic Business Partnershipâ

  • Serve as a primary HR business partnertoleaders managers and employees across assigned business areas.â
  • Align HR priorities with businessâobjectivesâto support operational performance and workforce needs.â
  • Provideâstrategic guidance on organizational effectiveness workforce planning employee relations and policy interpretation.â
  • Participate in business reviews operational meetings and leadership discussions to provide HR insight and recommendations.â
  • Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics toâidentifyâopportunities and recommend practical solutions.â

          Leadership Coaching & Employee Relationsâ

          • Coach and advise managers on employee relations matters performance management coaching conversations corrective actions investigations and policy application.â
          • Lead or support complex employee relations investigations while ensuring fair consistent and legally compliant outcomes.â
          • Partner with leaders to resolve workplace issues and promote positive employee relations.â
          • Build manager capability through ongoing coaching and guidance on effective leadership practices.â

                Performance & Workforce Supportâ

                • Partner with leaders to address workforce challenges and support businessobjectivesthrough effectivepeoplepractices.â
                • Coach managers on performance management employee development corrective action and policy interpretation.â
                • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring onboarding and workforce planning needs.â
                • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring efforts onboarding and workforce planning for hourly and salaried positions.â
                • Identifytraining and development needs and collaborate with HR leadership to recommend practical solutions.â
                • Support organizational changes and workforce transitions while ensuringâpositiveâemployee experience.â

                          HR Operations & Complianceâ

                          • Ensure consistent application of company policies procedures and employment practices across all supported locations.â
                          • Maintain compliance with federal state and local employment laws.â
                          • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence including Benefits Compensation Payroll Talent Acquisition and HRIS to deliver effective HR services.â
                          • Support audits compliance initiatives and documentation requirements.â
                          • Drive consistency in HR processes documentation and reporting across the business.â

                                  âEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

                                  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration orârelatedâfieldârequired.â
                                  • Minimum ofâat least 5âyears of progressive Human Resources experience.â
                                  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing HR professionals.â
                                  • Experience supporting multi-site operational or field-based business environments preferred.â
                                  • Strong knowledge of federal state and local employment laws.â
                                  • Demonstrated success partnering with operational leadership in a fast-paced environment.â
                                  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity exercise sound judgment andoperateeffectively in gray areas.â

                                              âPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

                                              • Job may require extended sitting or standing use of standard office equipment
                                              • Job requires the ability to use vision adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen
                                              • Use of audio-visual equipment is required
                                              • Job may require presence on-site at the assigned work location
