What You Bring to the Table:
We are seeking an experienced HR leader with a strong foundation in employee relations California labor law compliance and multi-location HR operations. The ideal candidate has proven experience leading core HR functions conducting investigations coaching managers on performance management and developing HR strategies that support business goals. Experience in agriculture warehousing manufacturing or a similar industry is highly valued. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all human resources functions across multiple locations including workforce planning talent acquisition onboarding and retention strategies
Develop implement and maintain HR policies and procedures while ensuring full compliance with federal state and California labor and employment laws
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations matters including conducting investigations and guiding managers on performance and conduct issues
Oversee benefits and compensation programs and support organizational development and succession planning initiatives
Coach and develop managers on effective people leadership performance management and building a positive workplace culture
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends recommend improvements and support strategic decision-making
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes systems and practices to better support organizational objectives
