Human Resources Generalist

• Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations recruiting and onboarding
• Partner with supervisors and leadership to address workforce needs and resolve employee concerns
• Coordinate and administer benefits leave programs and HR policies
• Ensure compliance with federal state (Wisconsin) and company employment policies
• Assist with performance management disciplinary processes and documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
• Support safety initiatives and collaborate with operations in a manufacturing setting

• 37 years of HR Generalist experience preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of employment law HR best practices and compliance requirements
• Experience in employee relations recruiting and benefits administration
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred

• Salary up to $75000 annually based on experience.
