Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations and help create a positive employee experience. This role is responsible for a variety of HR functions including recruitment onboarding employee relations benefits administration compliance employee engagement and HR record management.

• Support recruiting onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data (Proliant).
• Assist with employee benefits leave administration and open enrollment.
• Coordinate New Employee Orientation and required training assignments.
• Support employee engagement training recognition programs and morale-building activities.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws company policies and HR best practices.
• Assist with HR reporting audits and special projects.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience required.
• Healthcare HR experience preferred.
• Experience with onboarding benefits administration HRIS systems and employee engagement programs preferred.
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Proliant preferred.

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical environment.
• Familiarity with HealthStream or other Learning Management Systems (LMS).
