ISCs team of Manufacturing Recruiters is partnering with a thriving a well-established $100M private equity-backed manufacturing organization seeking accomplished Human Resources to support the day-to-day HR operations of its Phoenix Arizona facility.

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across recruiting employee relations benefits administration payroll support onboarding compliance safety initiatives and employee engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on working closely with leadership and helping foster a positive workplace culture.

HR Generalist - Key Responsibilities:

Lead recruiting interviewing hiring onboarding and offboarding activities.

Partner with managers on hiring employee relations and performance management.

Administer benefits leave programs payroll support and HR policies.

Maintain employee records HR documentation and job descriptions.

Support OSHA compliance workers compensation safety and employee training.

Process unemployment claims and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Promote employee engagement retention and continuous improvement.

HR Generalist - Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

2 years of Human Resources experience within a manufacturing environment

Experience supporting recruiting onboarding employee relations benefits administration and HR compliance

Working knowledge of payroll processes FMLA and employment law

Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems

PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus

Private equity manufacturing experience is helpful but not required for this Human Resources Generalist opportunity.
