Job Summary
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Generalist role based in Pensacola FL. The Human Resources Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations including administering HR policies maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company standards. This role will coordinate employee benefits and assist with benefits administration onboarding and offboarding processes. The position will also support performance management activities handle routine employee relations inquiries and provide guidance to team members and managers on HR procedures. The HR Generalist will collaborate with leadership on HR initiatives assist with recruitment processes and contribute to a positive inclusive and compliant workplace culture.
Qualifications
Preferred: Previous experience in a manufacturing engineering or industrial environment.
Preferred: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management with experience supporting day-to-day HR operations.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding for hourly and salaried roles.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to interpret communicate and apply them consistently.
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration including enrollment changes and employee inquiries.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations including compliance with federal state and local requirements.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and aerospace industry regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and standard office software (e.g. MS Office or equivalent tools).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
