Human Resources Generalist (Manufacturing)

Job Summary
HR Generalist based in Tulsa for John Crane providing HR support to employees across manufacturing warehouse assembly procurement and other operational functions.
- Site lead on all HR matters including management training new hire programs benefits and other company events recruiting activities campus activity team and newsletter representative.
- Develop prepare and maintain reporting and maintaining compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations.
- Function as a liaison to management regarding employee concerns issues suggestions and recommendations.
- Handle employee requests for information regarding the interpretation of company and employee relations policies practices and procedures.
- Investigate analyze and prepare preliminary findings to be utilized in formulating appropriate responses to EEO complaints unemployment hearings employee discipline employee career counseling and employee appeals.
- The successful candidate enjoys participating in and foster engagement and retention through a variety of learning development and affinity programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- A bachelors degree in human resources business public administration or related field is required.
- Experience in employee relations is desired preferably in a manufacturing/ corporate environment.
- Must possess a high level of knowledge of applicable human resources and payroll laws and regulations in the United States Illinois Cook and McHenry Counties.
- Must be able to research information analyze data and present the same comprehensively.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management both orally and in writing.
