To flourish in this role you will:

  • Employee onboarding Support coordinating new-hire orientation documentation and integration into the organization.

  • Recruitment support Assist with job postings candidate screening interview scheduling and communication.

  • HR compliance Support in maintaining accurate records ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws and support audits.

  • Benefits administration Support Benefits Administration in guiding employees through enrollment changes and general benefits questions.

  • Employee relations Support the HR Director in staff conflict resolution performance documentation and workplace culture initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Valid drivers license required.
