Job Summary

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisitionto support and grow our workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will spend approximately 50% of the time leading full-cycle recruiting including sourcing screening interview coordination and offer support while also contributing to broader HR Generalist and administrative functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys high-volume recruiting partnership with hiring managers and the ability to grow into expanded HR responsibilities as the organization scales.

Primary Responsibilities (Talent Acquisition 50% or more depending on the recruiting cycle)

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions from requisition intake through onboarding
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
  • Source candidates using job boards ATS platforms social media networking tools and referrals
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications skills and cultural fit
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate feedback and next steps
  • Schedule interviews manage calendars and facilitate communication between candidates and interview teams
  • Assist in preparing and extending offers including coordination of pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Represent the organization at career fairs community events and networking opportunities
  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill candidate pipeline health and hiring outcomes

Secondary Responsibilities (HR Generalist & Administrative Support)

  • Support employee onboarding orientation and training coordination
  • Assist with employee relations matters to include investigations and day-to-day HR inquiries
  • Provide HR administrative support including documentation and record maintenance
  • Support performance management processes and annual HR cycles
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives events and cross-functional HR projects
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies procedures and employment regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience & Background

  • 13 years of experiencein recruiting recruitment coordination or HR Generalist roles
  • Proven experience supporting full-cycle recruitingin a high-volume environment
  • HR Generalist experience preferred
  • Manufacturing environment experience considered a strong asset
  • Experience supporting multiple business groups or sites is an asset

Technical Skills

  • Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms such as ADP and/or Workdaypreferred
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed etc.)

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Industrial Relations or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred
