The Human Resources Director is responsible for the short and long term planning and management of the Human Resources this role you will serve as a strategic advisor to management on all associate related matters. We would like this person to promote a positive working culture where all our associates can thrive. This role leads various functions including; recruitment on-boarding associate relations diversity payroll benefits administration state and federal compliance workers compensation and training and safety. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively cope with change shift gears comfortably can decide and act without always having the total picture and can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.

What you will need to qualify for this position:

• A degree in Human Resources or related field

• 3 - 5 years experience in a HR management role in senior living hospitality health care or other regulated environment

• In some circumstances union experience is a plus

• Knowledge of Ceridian Payroll and Dayforce is preferred

• Experience with OnShift is a preferred

• Benefits administration

• Full knowledge of state and federal HR Laws

• Excellent leadership skills

• Excellent computer skills with Word Excel and online system
