Job Summary
New Glarus Home is seeking a passionate people-focused Human Resources Director to join our leadership team.

- Lead all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment onboarding employee relations benefits and performance management.

- Partner with leadership to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Human Resource experience required; healthcare or long-term care experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
