JOB STATUS:Full time Exempt

LEAD PEOPLE STRATEGY THAT SUPPORTS OURMISSION. The Human Resources Directorprovides leadership and direction for all humanresources functions across the organizationensuring policies programs and practices align
with agency goals and support both employeesand the communities we serve. This role helpscreate a strong compliant and people-focusedworkplace where staff can thrive and contributeto meaningful outcomes.


WHAT YOULL DO:
Lead HR Operations: Oversee HR functionsincluding policies systems and budgetsensuring alignment with organizational goalsand compliance requirements.
Manage & Develop Staff: Supervise andsupport HR team members throughrecruitment onboarding performance
management and ongoing development.
Ensure Compliance & Administration: Maintain compliance with employment lawswhile administering compensation benefitsand personnel policies.
Partner with Leadership: Collaborate withleadership to provide guidance on personnelmatters and contribute to strategic planningand decision-making.
Oversee HR Systems & Records: Ensure HRsystems personnel records and reportingprocesses are accurate secure and up todate.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum: Bachelors degree in Human Resourcesor a related field plus three (3) years ofexperience in management administration orsupervision or an equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.
Preferred: Additional experience in human resources leadership supervision union contracts and organizational administration
