We are seeking a part or full time Human Resources Coordinator. Administrative experience attention to detail accuracy and confidentiality is required. Summary of Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Assist the Human Resources Manager in the day-to-day operations of the department including:

  • Compliance such as COBRA FMLA etc.
  • Employee Benefits
  • Maintaining paper and electronic files
  • Payroll (bi-weekly)
  • Processes and procedures
  • Salon visits
  • Handbook Acknowledgement compliance (ongoing)
  • I-9 retention/compliance (ongoing)
  • Paylocity Reports (bi-weekly/monthly)
  • Payroll records documentation/Treeno maintenance (quarterly)
  • Salon Guest Services & Assistant Recruiting/Hiring (ongoing)
  • Assist Salon District Manager in advancing Assistants through program
  • Team Events & Meetings (quarterly)
  • Timecard corrections (weekly)
  • Transition/Maintain electronic Personnel Files (ongoing)
  • Newsletter (monthly)

Administrative:

  • Set up All-Staff Meetings and prepare agenda and minutes
  • Order food for meetings events and classes as needed
  • Fire extinguisher inspections (monthly
  • Update and maintain the Events Calendar and White Boards (ongoing)

Hybrid This position is eligible to work from home one day per workweek provided the other eligibility criteria have been met. This position is additionally eligible to work from home during operational suspensions upon manager approval. The majority of the work is required to be done on-site.
