    VACANCY: HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

    EFFECTIVE: SEPTEMBER 1 2026

    REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF HUMAN REOURCES

    TERMSOF Full time 12-month position
    EMPLOYMENT:

    SALARY: $85000 - $105000 depending on experience

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelors degree preferred.
    • Knowledge of employment practices and applicable federal state and local employment laws preferred.
    • Experience in a public school district preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and HR information systems preferred.
    • Strong organizational time management and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees administrators and the public.
    • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may deem acceptable and appropriate

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Human Resources.
    • Maintain confidential employee personnel files and Human Resources records in accordance with district policies and legal requirements.
    • Coordinate manage and oversee daily and permanent building substitutes.
    • Assist with recruitment activities including posting vacancies communicating with candidates and assisting with onboarding.
    • Process employment-related documentation including new hires transfers leaves of absence column changes resignations and retirements.
    • Coordinate and manage the teacher stipend process.
    • Assist with employee certification licensure and compliance tracking.
    • Maintain HR databases and generate reports as required.
    • Coordinate office communications and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
    • Such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
