Human Resources (HR) Coordinator Responsibilities

Prepare employees byestablishing and conducting orientation and training programs

Schedule and conductjob evaluations

Maintain a pay plan byconducting periodic pay surveys

Ensure planningmonitoring and appraisal of employee work results

Maintain employeebenefits programs and informs employees of benefits

Maintain managementguidelines by preparing updating and recommending human resources policiesand procedures

Preserve staff byrecruiting selecting orienting and training employees

Ensure legalcompliance by monitoring and implementing federal and state requirements

Human Resources (HR) Coordinator Requirements

Bachelors degree

COVID-19 Vaccination

Preferred

Human resourcesorganizational development or business major/concentration

Previous experience inhuman resources

5 years ofleadership/administration
