Human Resources Coordinator

Overlake is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources departmentwith a focus on HR programs and employee services coordination of employee recognition initiativesHR events and meetings and support employee-facing processes and requests. This role serves as a keypoint of contact for HR-related inquiries ensuring timely accurate and customer-service-orientedresponses while maintaining a high level of confidentiality professionalism and integrity.

Full-time/40 hours per week

In office Monday - Friday / 8 hour day shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred.

• Requires minimum of two years recent administrative/clerical or human resourcesexperience.

• Hospital/healthcare human resources experience preferred.

• Experience with Workdayand/or UKG Dimensions is strongly preferred.

• Experience with MS Office suite of products (Outlook Excel & Word) isrequired.

• Ability to speak and understand the English language required.

• Demonstrated diplomacyand professional demeanor required including the ability to present a positive public-facing image
  and relate to individuals at all levels of the organization.

• Ability to effectively communicate verballyand in writing.

• Organizational aptitude with attention to detail to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines required.
