The Human Resources Campus Intern will provide routine clerical and administrative support to one or more functional areas of the Human Resources Shared Services team. This position will be responsible for gathering maintaining and processing information. All activities will be performed under close and direct supervision to support the Company policies strategy vision and values of JE Dunn.
Campus Interns will have the opportunity to:
- Work with the various HR teams to assist with onboarding of new hires
- Facilitates onboarding process for new employees to include hiring-related paperwork and notifications to relevant departments
- Processes verifies and maintains documentation relating to personnel activities.
- Prepares reports invoices forms letters and other documents used in the human resources function.
- Records data for each employee and/or applicant such as address pay performance location benefits etc.
- Gathers organizes and files personnel records.
- Creates maintains and updates various databases for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Provide progress updates and reports
- Work collaboratively and create relationships with team members and clients
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor
