is seeking applicants for
Human Resources Business Partner
Department:Office of Human Resources Serve as a partner and subject matter expert to assigned departments providing guidance on staffing recruitment workforce planning classification compensation and performance management. Utilize HR information systems and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate data timely processing and effective reporting. Coordinate and support full-cycle recruitment and selection activities. Analyze HR data conduct research and develop recommendations to support continuous improvement of HR programs and services. Advise management and employees on the interpretation and application of rules policies ordinances labor agreements and applicable employment laws. Participate and contribute to a variety of HR projects and initiatives including research analysis and process improvements in support of organizational goals. Knowledge skill and mental development equivalent to completion of a Bachelors degree with coursework in human resources or public administration supplemented by particular courses in psychology organizational behavior labor relations and/or quantitative measures with five years experience in the human resources field or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
