The Cyber & Intelligence Sector HR Team has an opportunity for an early career Human Resources Business Partner who is ready to grow beyond transactional HR and start building the instincts of a strategic partner. What Youll Do

Takes initiative to contribute to HR projects and programs from early stages assist in developing plans and processes and follow through on assigned tasks within established timelines
Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with peers stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Ability to identify issues gather relevant information and propose thoughtful solutions with guidance from senior HR partners
Willingness to ask the right questions to understand a problem research options and support the delivery of appropriate HR solutions and resources
Comfortable working with data and metrics; ability to support workforce analysis and translate findings into actionable insights with direction from leadership
Foundational understanding of employee relations principles; ability to approach sensitive situations with objectivity professionalism and fairness
Ability to clearly document HR processes summarize findings and draft professional communications related to HR and employee relations matters
Able to manage multiple tasks remain flexible and maintain productivity in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Supports positive interactions between employees and leadership by serving as an approachable and reliable HR resource
Demonstrates sound judgment in handling sensitive information and communicates with appropriate discretion based on role and context
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field
2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner generalist or related HR function
Foundational understanding of HR practices including performance management employee relations and employment law basics
Ability to give receive and implement constructive feedback
Positive adaptable mindset when priorities shift or processes evolve
Comfort working in ambiguous circumstances
Strong interpersonal and communication skills that aid in building trust quickly
Confidence to interact with business leaders at all levels
Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
Must be a US citizen
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a government contracting workforce
Familiarity with HR platforms like Workday and iCIMS

Target Salary Range
$66000 - $106000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
