People and Culture Business PartnerField
The People & Culture Business Partner serves as astrategic advisor and trusted partner to Field Leaders playing a critical rolein supporting CAVAs mission. With a deep understanding of field operations anda passion for people the P&C BP helps drive business performance bymaximizing our most valuable assetour team members. Acting as an advocatecoach and change agent this role focuses on enhancing the employeeexperience cultivating a culture of inclusion and strengthening leadershipcapability across the field. The ideal candidate combines strong peopleexpertise with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence andlead through partnership.

WhatYoull Do:
Serveas a strategic partner to field leadership by advising on people-relatedstrategies that drive performance and engagement
Buildand sustain a positive employee relations culture rooted in transparencyrespect and trust
Actas a culture steward and change leader helping drive key initiatives thatalign with CAVAs values and business goals
Collaboratewith Learning & Development and other P&C functions to execute andscale enterprise-wide programs
Supportand advise on workforce planning organizational design and successionplanning efforts to build a strong leadership bench
Workclosely with talent acquisition to ensure effective and efficient hiringstrategies aligned with regional staffing needs
Guideand support managers in addressing performance conduct and developmentconversations to build high-performing teams
Analyzetrends and metrics to develop proactive solutions that improve retentionemployee satisfaction and team effectiveness
Ensureconsistent application of P&C policies procedures and compliancestandards across assigned regions
Leadand contribute to key P&C projects with strong project managementdiscipline and stakeholder alignment
Providetimely thoughtful consultation on employee relations engagement and changemanagement topics
Partnercross-functionally to identify people-focused solutions that drive long-termbusiness impact
The Qualifications:
Education & Experience58years of progressive P&C (Human Resources) experience required
Multi-unitretail restaurant or hospitality experience required
Strongproblem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
Experiencesupporting field-based leaders in a high-growth fast-paced environment
Demonstratedsuccess in building trust and influencing at all levels of the organization
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
Highsense of urgency ownership and accountability
Abilityto manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
PHRSPHR SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
Bi-lingual(Spanish) a plus
Abilityto travel up to 50%
Bachelorsdegree preferred
Physical Requirements:
Abilityto maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and otheroffice equipment
Mustbe able to identify analyze and assess details
Forcertain positions must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to50 pounds
Abilityto communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
Constantlypositions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food productionsupport or office operations as applicable
Abilityto work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
