This position will report to the President of Carina Investments in Wooster SUMMARYThis role will be responsible for providing full-service Human Resources support to the Carina Investments team Aspen Racquet Club and Mid-Ohio DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the Acquisition Source recruit and screen qualified candidates coordinate interviews and assist with the selection and job offer processes. Onboarding Oversee onboarding efforts to help ensure that the new-hire experience is successful and top talent is Management - Provide guidance and support to managers and associates to ensure effective performance management is taking Development Support associates in defining Individual Development Plans for current and future career growth. Training - Identify training needs and source and develop training programs that address skill - Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best Relations -Serve as a trusted advisor to associates and managers addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace HR-related duties as QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related degree with 5 years related experience.
