Position Summary

The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for the performance of a variety of assigned tasks and special projects to support the goals and objectives of the Human Resources Department. Maintains the integrity of confidential employee information including but not limited to demographic data social security numbers immigration paperwork salaries criminal history records evaluations corrective action documentation and results of pre-employment tests. May serve as system administrator for applicant tracking system. Schedules and organizes employee orientation. Provides excellent customer service to all individuals and organizations in the performance of job duties.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field required. Coursework in human resources desirable.
• Minimum three years successful business office experience required.
• Experience in an educational agency desirable.
• Experience in human resources desirable.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range:$22.79 $29.97 per hour commensurate with experience and qualifications

Work Schedule: 261 days / 7.5 hours daily

Paid Time Off:

• Sick days - 13
• Personal Business days - 3
• Vacation days - 10
• Bereavement Leave
