Human Resources Assistant Full Time Hourly Estimated pay range $19 to $21 depending on qualifications and experienceMust be at least 18 years and olderPosition Description:The Human Resources Assistant handles a variety of personnel related administrative duties and acts as a liaison between Human Resources and team members. They provide daily support in all HR functions and activities and assist in coordinating HR policies processes and relevant day-to-day:Assist team members with questions and inquiries related to HR policies payroll benefits wellness and trainingSupport in both external and internal online job application system screen and organize applications as appropriate ensure follow-up with applicantsSchedule and conduct first interviews make hiring recommendationsAssist in the onboarding of newly hired team members; gather records for all new hires I-9s working papers background checks orientation paperwork new hire Orientations Go for the Gold Tips training and other benefits enrollmentsEnsure accurate timekeeping by entering error logs and correcting missed punches when necessaryMaintain accurate personnel and training files on the HR Dayforce systemAssist in the planning and execution of team member events (luncheons bulletin boards Rec.
