What We Need:

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join McCLARIN Composites. This position is a 1st shift full-time position. We may consider part-time. This position will be located at the corporate office in Hanover PA. As the Human Resources Assistant you will be responsible for administrative support to the human resources operations and will report to the Human Resources Manager. This role will require you to be bilingual in English and Spanish.


A Day in the Life of:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process in both PA & WA locations including screening applicants scheduling interviews coordinating post-offer testing and background checks.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts to ensure staffing needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Conduct new-hire onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating training and development initiatives.
  • Assists with planning and coordinating associate engagement activities
  • Become a member of the company Safety Committee; attend all meetings and provide administrative support as needed at the direction of the Director of Operations and HR Manager.
  • Support HR projects and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements

What Makes You Qualified:

  • Minimum high school diploma and/or college degree a plus
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience
  • Minimum of 1-year human resources experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
