Abacus is seeking 2 skilled Recruitment & Compensation Specialist to provide TEMPORARY support.

This assignment is expected to last 6 months with the possibility of extension based on agency needs.

Location Downtown Richmond - Parking available ($49 per month out-of-pocket expense)

JOB DUTIES:

Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles from sourcing through offer acceptance

Develop job descriptions and manage postings across multiple platforms

Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure strong talent alignment

Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection process

Prepare competitive offers while ensuring internal pay equity

Conduct compensation analysis salary benchmarking and job evaluations

Maintain pay structures and support annual compensation cycles

Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment and compensation workflows

Ensure compliance with pay-equity and employment regulations

Partner with managers on hiring decisions and compensation recommendations
