PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $92K - $115K/PA.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.

As a Human Resource Payroll Manageryou will:
- Lead end-to-end payroll operations for U.S. and Canadian employees ensuring accurate timely and compliant payroll processing.
- Manage payroll schedules payroll reconciliations reporting cycles and payroll-related activities in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Human Resources Finance Tax and external payroll vendors to ensure seamless payroll processing system integration and data accuracy.
- Oversee payroll tax filings remittances year-end reporting and compliance with federal state provincial and local payroll regulations.
- Monitor changes in payroll legislation and ensure organizational compliance with IRS CRA and other regulatory agency requirements.
- Lead payroll audits internal controls and risk mitigation initiatives to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex payroll inquiries issue resolution and employee concerns.
- Manage mentor and develop payroll team members by establishing performance expectations providing coaching and fostering professional growth.
- Drive payroll process improvements through automation technology enhancements and best practice implementation.
- Develop and maintain payroll reporting and analytics to support business decisions and provide strategic insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on workforce changes acquisitions organizational restructuring and payroll-related business initiatives.
- Monitor payroll service levels KPIs and operational metrics to ensure a high-quality employee experience and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelors degree in accounting Finance Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 57 years of progressive payroll experience with experience in a leadership role.
- Provenexpertisein both U.S. and Canadian payroll processing and tax compliance.
- Strong understanding of payroll systems and HRIS integrations.
- ADP Workforce Now and/or ADPGlobalView advancedproficiencyin payroll processing and reporting.
- Oracle HCM Cloud experience with payroll data management integrations and reporting.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP data analysis).
- CPP or PCP certification
