Hubspot Administrator

As the HubSpot Administrator at Campspot youll be the owner of our HubSpot instance - keeping it clean connected and working hard for our marketing and sales teams. Youll be the go-to person for workflows data hygiene reporting and integrations making sure HubSpot supports the business as we scale.

In this role youll manage the day-to-day health of our HubSpot portal: building and troubleshooting automation maintaining data quality standing up dashboards and partnering with Marketing Sales and RevOps to turn their ideas into working systems. Youll also keep an eye on integrations with the other tools in our stack so data flows cleanly between them.

This role is a great fit for someone early in their HubSpot or marketing/sales operations career who is detail-oriented curious and excited to grow into a broader RevOps or systems role over time.

Responsibilities

• Portal management: Own day-to-day administration of HubSpot including user permissions properties pipelines lists and workflows.
• Automation: Build test and troubleshoot workflows sequences and lead scoring to support marketing and sales processes.
• Data hygiene: Maintain clean reliable data through deduplication list hygiene and standardized fields and properties.
• Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give Marketing and Sales visibility into performance.
• Integrations: Support and troubleshoot integrations between HubSpot and other systems (e.g. Salesforce Slack billing tools).
• Campaign support: Assist with campaign execution including landing pages forms and email builds as needed.
• Documentation & training: Document processes and train internal users on HubSpot best practices.
• Continuous improvement: Stay current on HubSpot releases and recommend improvements to how we use the platform.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in data hygiene and process improvement.
• Comfortable building and troubleshooting workflows reports and dashboards independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Marketing and leadership.
• Self-motivated organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software Sales Software or RevOps).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting emails and landing pages.
• Experience with integrations or API connections between HubSpot and other platforms.
• Experience working in a SaaS or tech environment.

This role is based in our Denver CO office hybrid 2-3 days/week.
