Position Overview & Core Responsibilities Student-Centered Support: The role is designed for an educator who excels at meeting students where they are academically providing critical scaffolding and fostering a supportive student-centered learning environment. Time Split: The position will divide time between direct student support and innovative curriculum development. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: This includes providing individualized and small-group support mentoring students enrolled in online and flexible learning programs and offering building-wide classroom coverage to ensure continuity of instruction and student success.
MyCAP-Aligned Curriculum A key component of this role will be the design and implementation of specialized elective courses that address the unique needs of diverse learners. To align with MyCAP objectives development will focus on the following areas: Social-Emotional Learning (SEL): Engaging courses specifically designed for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support personal growth and independence. Career Readiness & Future Success: Electives centered on Business Management occupational preparation and navigating future career paths. Personal Development: High-interest topics that help students overcome barriers to achievement while developing meaningful life skills.

Contract Amount
Not exceed $35000.00
Please note that your hourly rate is dependent upon your collective bargaining agreement or individual hourly rate. If you are a non-exemptemployee and have worked more than 40 hours a week you will be paid time and a half for any hours worked over 40 hours
