HSE Global Program Manager

• Lead the development implementation and continuous improvement of HSE programs policies and procedures.
• Drive compliance with applicable regulations customer requirements and internal safety standards.
• Conduct field inspections audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and improve operational safety.
• Investigate incidents near misses and unsafe conditions including root cause analysis and corrective action management.
• Monitor and report HSE performance metrics trends and risks to leadership.
• Deliver training onboarding and competency development programs for employees and contractors.
• Partner with operational teams and customers to strengthen accountability and safe work practices.
• Support emergency preparedness incident response and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 710 years of HSE Environmental Health & Safety Safety Management or related operational experience.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations risk assessments safe work practices and incident investigations.
• Experience managing HSE programs in industrial manufacturing field service or customer-facing environment
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and relationship-building skill.
• Ability to analyze data prepare reports and communicate recommendations to leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Environmental Science HSE or a related field.
• Experience with contractor safety programs permit-to-work systems Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and field execution controls.
• Multi-site auditing compliance reviews or site leadership experience.
• Experience operating within global or multi-regional environments.
