HS Head Track Coach

The Macon R-1 School District is seekingaHead Track Coachto lead and develop our High School track program.

Candidates must hold or be able to obtainat minimum a valid Missouri Substitute Teaching Certificate.

We are looking for a dedicated coach who will:

• Develop student-athletes both academically and personally
• Build a positive competitive team culture
• Organize and lead practices and competitions
• Work collaboratively with other coaches and school staff
• Promote sportsmanship discipline and academic success
