Your Role

As H&S Coordinator (Schenectady/Mechanicville) youll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and state/local regulations including incident reporting and recordkeeping
• Maintain and continuously improve health & safety policies procedures and programs
• Act as a key point of contact for safety inspections and audits supporting preparation and follow-up
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions
• Conduct risk assessments safety audits and hazard analyses across both sites
• Analyze safety trends and data to identify opportunities and drive proactive risk reduction strategies
• Track and report on safety KPIs (leading and lagging indicators)

What You Bring

Youre a natural fit for H&S Coordinator (Schenectady/Mechanicville)if you have:

• 35 years of experience in a Health & Safety role within manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements
• Valid drivers license with ability to travel daily between sites
• Experience with safety programs audits investigations and compliance systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel reporting tracking)
• Experience with systems such as SAP Power BI or safety tracking tools (e.g. Conformit) is an asset
