This role is essential in supporting our human resources and payroll functions to ensure accurate employee data management and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule ensuring compliance with federal state and local regulations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity within HRIS systems.
• Support recruitment efforts including job postings scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll benefits and HR policies.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports audits and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate benefits administration and employee wellness programs.
• Work closely with finance and accounting to reconcile payroll and related expenses.

• Proven experience in payroll processing and HR coordination.
• Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and payroll regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Must pass the background check and drug test.
