Job Summary
Provide operational and technical support for HR technology platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) to ensure data integrity efficient system functionality and effective reporting. Serve as a key contributor within the HRIT team by supporting system maintenance troubleshooting issues assisting with projects and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Essential Functions
Maintain the integrity accuracy and confidentiality of HR master data within HR systems.
Perform routine data audits and validations to ensure data quality and compliance.
Serve as a liaison between HR IT and vendors to support HR system operations and issue resolution.
Support HRIT projects by assisting with requirements gathering documentation testing and implementation activities.
Analyze business processes and recommend incremental system or workflow improvements.
Participate in system testing activities (UAT regression testing) for upgrades enhancements and patches.
Provide functional support and basic configuration assistance for HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors modules).
Generate standard and ad hoc reports using reporting tools and dashboards.
Assist in maintaining HR dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Perform routine system maintenance activities including monitoring integrations and resolving errors.
Research and troubleshoot HR system issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
Basic Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems Human Resources Business or related field.
Experience:
24 years of experience supporting HR systems or HR technology platforms.
Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP or SuccessFactors preferred.
Basic experience with reporting tools (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau).
Exposure to system testing data validation and process documentation.
Familiarity with data structures and basic SQL is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel.
