Ideal Candidate:

7 years experience as HRIS consultant required.

Strong prior Workday experience

7 years of HRIS functional areas: HCM (e.g. Staffing/Jobs/Organizations Time off and Leave Worker data Onboarding) Benefits Compensation Talent Performance Recruiting Payroll Security Integrations Reporting.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for the ongoing development improvement support maintenance and configuration of our cloud-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

Job Requirements:

Degree in Information Systems Human Resources business or related field or work experience.

7 years experience as HRIS consultant required. Workday experience preferred.

Proficient in seven or more of these HRIS functional areas: HCM (e.g. Staffing/Jobs/Organizations Time off and Leave Worker data Onboarding) Benefits Compensation Talent Performance Recruiting Payroll Security Integrations Reporting.

Ability to communicate complex ideas/information related to systems. Demonstrated experience in providing positive proactive communications.

Strong familiarity with Cloud-based software concepts and business process modeling.

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly concisely logically tactfully and effectively both verbally and in writing.
