HRIS Specialist

Our clientBeveridge & Diamond a nationally recognized environmental law firm is looking for anHRIS Analystto help power their people systems data and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes working with data and making HR operations more efficient and insightful.

What you will do:

• Own HRIS administration enhancements and troubleshooting
• Build reports and dashboards on workforce data
• Partner with IT and vendors on integrations and upgrades
• Improve workflows and automate processes

What you bring:

• 3 years of HRIS or HR systems experience
• Strong technical and analytical aptitude including Excel and other reporting tools
• High attention to detail and data integrity
• Technical curiosity and problem-solving mindset
