Job Summary
Our clientBeveridge & Diamond a nationally recognized environmental law firm is looking for anHRIS Analystto help power their people systems data and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes working with data and making HR operations more efficient and insightful.
What you will do:
- Own HRIS administration enhancements and troubleshooting
- Build reports and dashboards on workforce data
- Partner with IT and vendors on integrations and upgrades
- Improve workflows and automate processes
What you bring:
- 3 years of HRIS or HR systems experience
- Strong technical and analytical aptitude including Excel and other reporting tools
- High attention to detail and data integrity
- Technical curiosity and problem-solving mindset
