HRIS Coordinator

H2M architects engineers a multidiscipline architectural engineering and environmental consulting firm seeks an HRIS Coordinatorto support our growing team. Under the direction of the HR Data and Technology Manager this position plays a critical role in supporting Human Resources operations through data extraction reporting and analysis and is responsible for transforming HR data into actionable insights that inform strategic workforce planning talent management and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills a keen attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively across HR ResponsibilitiesExtract analyze and report on HR data to support operational and strategic trends patterns and insights from HR datasets to inform workforce planning and and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics and business performance data and market forecasts into workforce planning to ensure headcount alignment with growth with HR to design and implement data-driven solutions for talent and forecast the impact of HR programs on turnover retention and other lifecycle and interpret employee data to support compensation benefits and workforce planning monthly and quarterly HR reports for leadership backup support for Payroll and Benefits on a regular in special projects and initiatives as and QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in HR with a focus on Compensation Benefits and degree in Human Resource Management Data Analytics or related field proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI with Dayforce HRIS platform is a written and verbal communication to manage multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities based on business organizational and time management skills with strong attention to of PerformanceFollows and ensures the highest level of customer service expectations for both internal and external clientsAdheres to HR policies and procedures with professionalism and demonstrates a positive can-do attitudeDemonstrate a strong commitment to H2Ms core values and the HR teamThesalary range for this role is $66500 - $84100 employment offer may deviate from this publishedrangebased on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience specialty knowledge education geography and/or related certifications not related to any applicants characteristicsprotected by local state or federal : The salary or hourly rate indicated does not include other forms of compensationor benefits.
