We are currently seeking afull- timeHuman Resources Business Partner (HRBP) tojoin our HR team.

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides support to contract management team responsible for identifying investigating and resolving a full range of complex employee relations matters as well as working in a generalist capacity. Ensure corporate departments and program operation practices are aligned with the Companys policies and procedures. Collaborate with team to help build a company culture that reflects the Companys values and objectives and ultimately help to provide the best work environment possible to all employees



Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred; we will also consider candidates with relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred
Minimum of (6-10) years of HR or employee relations experience with a large company
Experience supporting geographically dispersed employee population
Thorough understanding of regulatory/statutory environment
Strong employee relations background
Travel up to 40% to support facilities throughout assigned territory
Must be comfortable visiting and working within correctional facilities
Ability to obtain security clearance to include drug screen and background check
